Hotel D'Angleterre offers a charming and classic experience in a prime location within walking distance of the Louvre and Saint Germaine. Many guests appreciate the beautifully furnished and surprisingly spacious rooms, with some overlooking a leafy inner courtyard. While some have noted the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and the lack of air conditioning can be a minor inconvenience, the provided fans and blackout curtains ensure comfortable sleep. The included breakfast is a highlight, with fresh pastries, and is sometimes enjoyed in the lovely courtyard.

I appreciated the single room i was assigned. The historic elements throughout were very charming. I particularly enjoyed the view from the gate, the courtyard, and the bathroom. The reception staff were helpful when i requested some assistance, they provided medication. i also received help with my flight arrangements from two kind gentlemen at reception.
the stairs to my room were old and steep, it was difficult to manage them with luggage.

i appreciated the single room. i admired the historic view elements from the gate to the bathroom, reception, and courtyard. the reception staff were helpful when i needed assistance, and the gentleman was friendly when giving me medication.
i requested two beds , but instead i had one bed and a pull-out couch. the sheets on the couch seemed unchanged for a while, and it was very uncomfortable. i also noticed the steps up to the room were steep and old.
